Our Youth groups comprise teenagers and young adults. The Youth programs take note of age differences and strive to cater for all the various needs among diverse age groups. By partnering with parents and trained leaders, our goal is to raise up young people that love the Lord and proclaim the gospel among their peers. We do this through exciting Bible studies, discussions on a variety of topics in popular culture from Christian perspectives, and community engagements and service. We want our youth to love Jesus and be enthusiastic to share their faith with their friends, classmates, and neighbors. Because we believe that the future of the church lies in the hands of today’s youth, we take this ministry very seriously.
Diving Deeper (D2)
Our Diving Deeper Groups (Small Groups) are designed to provide a community for our members to get to know one another by fellowshipping, breaking bread together, having meaningful discussions on a variety of topics, and sharing life together through prayers and encouragement. As a Church, we believe the Small
Groups are where real growth takes place. We therefore encourage every member to sign up to be part of a Diving Deeper Group that they find most convenient to get plugged into our community life.
Through the leadership of our Worship Pastor, we encourage our musicians and artists to be innovative in writing songs and poetry that align with our beliefs and vision. Filled with the Holy Spirit, the Worship Team leads us in songs, prayers, and music every Sunday when we gather corporately to worship God. Our musicians come from different backgrounds and the songs we sing reflect those backgrounds. We are not rigid on the genre of songs because we believe that God cherishes variety. Therefore, we encourage our musicians and artist to be flexible and open to the leadership of God’s Holy Spirit in composing and choosing the songs they lead us to sing.
Following the model of the Early Church, we believe that sharing life through eating, drinking, and hanging out together is important for Church life. In lieu of this, our Friday Night Events are not restricted to our members but are OPEN TO ALL irrespective of religious affiliation or commitment. Because these events are not restrictive, we try as much as possible not to “preach” but to allow people to experience what it means to be in community with others whom they ordinarily may not have the opportunity to meet or interact with. When you come to any of our Friday Night events, you will have the privilege to eat a variety of food (for free!!!), enjoy good music, and play fun games with “total strangers.”
This Forum provides opportunity for people in our community who:
- 1) are exploring the possibility of joining a faith community but they do not know which to join;
- 2) are not Christian but want to find out more about the
- 3) struggle with existential questions but don’t have a platform to
ask them; or
- 4) just want to engage in explorative discussions that center around religion, God, and the afterlife.
If you fit into any of the above categories, then you may find the Seekers Forum at Replica a good place to begin your spiritual quest. These weekly events are open to all to attend. Our facilitators are experts in their fields who are not scared to talk about anything that resonates with those who attend. Do you have questions about the Christian faith? The Seekers Forum may just be what you have been looking for. We encourage you to plan to attend one of these events anytime soon.
